Metabolic Reprogramming of Exhausted T-Cells: Unlocking the Next Frontier of Checkpoint Blockade Refractoriness in Solid Tumors

The project will address solid tumor resistance to immune checkpoint blockade by decoding metabolic checkpoints that parallel immune ones, thus aiming to restore effector function in exhausted T-cells through targeted metabolic reprogramming.
